Who we are
We're an olive company based in Xironomi, a village in central Greece where groves have been cared for the same way for generations. From our mill we make extra virgin olive oil and olive-based products.
Few olive oil companies own the whole journey — the groves, the mill, the bottling line, start to finish under one roof. Kadmus is one of them: the harvest arrives whole in Xironomi, and it leaves as finished, labelled oil.

Sourced at the foot of the mythic Mount Helikon, our flagship extra virgin olive oil is 100% Megaritiki — a single Greek variety with a ripe, mild fruit and a light peppery finish. We make it the way it's always been done — nothing added, nothing rushed.
