Who we are

What we collect, and why

The contact and brief forms. When you write to us through a form on this site, we receive what you type: your name, email address, and message — and on the private-label brief, your company, market, specification and launch window. We use it for one thing: to respond to your request. We do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not send marketing.

Server logs. Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses and requested pages) to run and secure the service.

Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising pixels, and does no cross-site tracking. See the cookie statement.

Who processes it

Netlify hosts this site and processes form submissions and server logs on our behalf. If we later add analytics, it will be Umami — a cookieless service that stores no personal identifiers in your browser; this notice will be updated first.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept for as long as the conversation they started — and no longer than necessary for any business relationship that follows. You can ask us to delete a submission at any time.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can ask for access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data; ask us to restrict processing or object to it; and receive the data you gave us in a portable format. Write to info@kadmus.gr and we will respond.

You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

Changes

If anything on this page changes — a new processor, a new form, analytics — we update the notice and the date at the top before the change goes live.
