We mill olives and bottle olive oil under one roof in Xironomi, Boeotia — mill code EL 40932. One building holds the mill and the bottling line, and the paperwork for both. Cold extraction below 27 °C; certified to ISO 22000. Milling for growers; bulk and bottled supply for buyers.
The mill
We mill for the villages around us, and for growers who bring their harvest to Xironomi. Milling follows the harvest in autumn — write ahead and we will confirm timing for the season.
The line
Our own bottling line under the same roof — glass, PET or tin, filled in house. Bottled lots or bulk, with the applicable documentation for each.
